GMG Juniors
I love to make art, and my fav video games are super smash brothers, overcooked 2, and Mariocart .
I am 11 years old. My favorite color is black, and my favorite animal is a snake. I play soccer and do robotics, which includes coding too.:) I like anime and I am really excited to be there!
I love reading books, writing stories, working with robots, doing math, swimming, and being creative with art. The quote "Think Different" really inspires me, and I believe that if you dream big, you can achieve amazing things!
My favorite video games are Minecraft, Smash Bros and Kirby. I also like manga and learning Japanese. One of my favorite mangas is Cat+Gamer.
It’s going to take me a while to get comfortable in the new environment. I might be shy at first.
GMG Teens
This is Ellie's fourth summer attending Girls Make Games camp. Although she loves to play many different video games, Ellie's favorite game by far is Minecraft. She started playing it seriously in 4th grade, and she is about to start high school. When she's not playing video games you can find her reading a book, hanging with her cats, or playing D&D. If you see her, ask her about going to the interactive Minecraft Experience in London this summer!

Hi, I'm Neha! I recently graduated with my bachelor’s from USC’s Interactive Media and Games division, where I specialized in video game production. My journey in game dev began in 2017 as a camper at GMG – I loved it so much I had to come back as a Fellow in 2023, and now again in 2025!
Some of my favorite titles are Hollow Knight, Cult of the Lamb, Spiritfarer, and Tears of the Kingdom. Outside of games, I’m also a plant enthusiast, novice fishkeeper, aspiring DJ, and avid painter!

I'm Aasiya! I'm studying Computer Science and Music with a Game Design minor in college. I love working on game audio/sound design in my free time!
Message to campers: I can't wait to meet you! Every aspect of game creation is super exciting to me, from design to programming to sound, and I hope you walk out of the program with the same love!
Hey! I’m Amicie. I’m majoring in Cognitive Science, and I just completed my first year at Johns Hopkins.
I've always loved making and playing games. Some of my favorites include: The Stanley Parable, Tetris, Sky: Children of the Light, Undertale, and Cytus 2. From crafting compelling narratives, to coding, I enjoy all aspects of game design. Other hobbies of mine are creative writing and drawing.
I can't wait to help you all bring your awesome game ideas to reality!
Hi, I'm Kaylene! I'm studying Game Art at the USC Games program. I love drawing, 3D modeling, and writing stories! As a kid, I loved games such as Minecraft, Undertale, and Five Nights at Freddy’s. I drew comics of my favorite characters meeting each other and wrote tales of their epic adventures. I still do these things, but now I also make the art and 3D models for games — both my own and for others! As of one year studying games at USC, I have worked on 8 games in total: three board games, three short video games, and two longer video games. I’m very excited to be able to share what I learned working in the Unity and Unreal engine during this camp!
Hi! I'm Savannah—I graduated from Santa Clara University in June with a major in Computer Science and minors in Studio Art and Creative Writing. This fall, I'll be starting the Game Design and Development master’s program at RIT. I have one very loving yet dangerous cat named Wasabi, I love for anything mushroom or plant-themed, and I own very many stuffed animals and Lego sets (botanical and insects). This will be my second year with GMG, and I’m super excited to meet everyone—especially if I get to see some of my campers from last year! (Also, my favorite Pokémon is Rowlet.)
