Hello! I'm Laura, a student in the College of Design at NC State University. My major is in Art & Design with a concentration in game design. I love designing immersive game experiences with meaningful narratives.

Growing up, I didn't know that "game design" was a thing that people did. I was in college when my professors finally introduced me to this possibility. Never before had I been introduced to something that merged my desire for both systematic logic and artistic expression in one experience. Now I hope to share what I've learned so others can experience this, too.

Outside of my major, I also am an officer for a few clubs including ACM SIGGRAPH and the Autistic and Neurodivergent Student Alliance. Recently, I finished my minor in Arts Entrepreneurship.

As for outside of school, I love reading, baking, F1, trash reality TV, and of course playing video games.

Hello! My name is Mack and I'm a rising Junior at the University of Minnesota! I'm majoring in English and minoring in Creative Writing with the ultimate goal of becoming a Narrative Designer for video games! Though I'm going to school for writing, music and art are also huge passions of mine- I think that when all three of these elements come together, a game becomes a masterpiece. I've been a drummer for the past 8 years and have played in a lot of venues around Illinois! Also, I like Sonic the Hedgehog :) 🦔
